History, Preservation & Cultural Documentation

An editorial approach to documenting architecture, cultural landmarks, and evolving urban spaces across Los Angeles and surrounding areas in Southern California. Bridging the past and present through powerful images and videos.

Area of Focus

Historic Landmarks & Cultural Sites

Documenting spaces shaped by history from mid-century icons to heritage sites.

Architecture & Design

Photographing award winning and influential spaces as well as commercial landmarks.

Urban Development & Infrastructure

Following the transformation of projects that build the evolving landscape of Los Angeles.

Approach & Perspective

My work is rooted in observing how spaces carry memory while continuing to evolve. From photographing historic mid-century properties in Palm Springs to documenting modern structures such as the Academy Museum and the Wrapper Tower in Los Angeles, I approach each project with an emphasis on both architectural form and the visitor's experience.

Whether I am photographing homes in Laurel Canyon or working on large-scale developments that reshape the city, my the goal is to create images that not only reflect the design of the builder and architect, but its context and continuity throughout time from personal perspectives of every day life.

This practice extends beyond documentation and into collaboration. Working with builders, artists, architects, developers, archivists, and cultural institutions to create visual records that support preservation, story telling and public engagement. Each project contributes to a broader archive of Los Angeles, offering a visual reference for how the city has been built, inhabited, and reimagined over time.
